BOAT RENTAL POLICY

Boat Rental Procedures:

*per month charge for 4 months or less is $200.00 per month

• $100 boat reservation deposit
• No boat reservation taken for less than 4 hours
• Boat reservation hours 9 am - 1 pm or 2 pm - 6 pm
• Minimum age to rent boats is 21 years old. Those born after Jan. 1, 1984, must possess boating safety identification card
• Reservation cancellation policy:
  1) 100% refund up to 7 days prior to reservation less a $10 cancellation fee
  2) 50% refund for cancellations at least 24 hours in advance of reservation
  3) no refund for cancellation within 24 hours of reservation
  
  Boat reservations and payment of boat rental are only accepted with a valid credit card
  

Please note the following:

• Our SERVICE AREA is an area within a 10-mile radius of Shorewood Landing RV Park.
  
  This means if you (lessee) takes our rental outside of the above area and if you have difficulties, we will call a tow service to bring the rental back to Shorewood Landing and we will assess these charges to your damage deposit and/or credit card.



• Our SERVICE HOURS are during the regular rental hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Any service required outside of these hours, are at the lessee’s expense. If we are required to service the boat, the lessee will be assessed these charges to lessee’s damage deposit and/or credit card. We reserve the right to have the boat towed at lessees’ expense when operated outside the service hours.
